Well I definitely seem to be keeping up with the posting everyday thing, (having said that I'm probably not going to post in a while now lol)!
I have still yet to render my college video and am on my fourth or so attempt to get it completed with rendering from the time I get back to college to when I go to sleep. But so far I have had to cancel it every time because it is never done in time. However, if it doesn't render I will do it tomorrow as I'm not at college (for reasons I'm not going to mention today due to possibly 'jinxing' the upcoming event).
Yer, I really wanna write what tomorrow is, because for me it's a big deal but I dare not out of caution, this is probably saying to much now anyway...
*Fingers crossed for a good outcome tomorrow. - Although the chances of this are unlikely.
Well I dare now give anymore away so that's it for today's post.

Well I'm back at college today and it was kinda nice to be back to escape the issues at home and what not. It was great to see almost everyone again, but there are some people who I can't stand at college (much like everyone, there's always one), but on the whole it was a good day.
Being back made me realise how much I love the course and how I do REALLY want a job in the industry, but that's just not happening thanks to the stupid recession and lack of jobs.
I didn't get my film done in time, it took to long to render so I had to cancel it, so I'm rendering it now to then burn to a DVD. But the same issue is occurring now so I may have to render it over the weekend or leave my computer running whilst at college or whatever. Either way I still don't like the end result but at least I can now have a bit more time to edit it if it all fails.
Not much else to report, but on another completely random note;
I've been wanting to start a 'beauty' channel for years now, but I don't have to courage to show myself on camera and upload, plus if someone from college sees my channel I'm screwed. Anyway the alternative to this would be to start a blog, which I am really considering, I mean I have a passion and a decent quality camera so why not? I would have to separate both blogs though to different accounts, this one being an editing blog which edits secondhand clips may not be the best idea to link with thanks to people like WMG ruining every one's work.

What? Two posts in two days, this is a new high for me!
Well yesterday I was reading through some of my first posts (total cringe at how 'young' I sounded in some of them), which where from when I first started college and was posting every day. I guess it made me want to start posting more, even though I don't have much to post. But it's easy enough to write some crap down and call it a post, I mean so far I've managed to write a paragraph of nothing in about 30 seconds so that's something.
Well I'm back at college tomorrow, so I'm excited to see everyone, but being the idiot I am, have yet to edit a video that is due in tomorrow, and it's so dull. (I think I mentioned this last post). Still, I WILL get it done if it kills me, even if it is worse than the shit I used to make on WMM. (No offence to anyone who uses it, but I'm talking about my editing 'back in the day.')
Sooooo......
Expect more blog posts, I'll try to post daily. (Here's to the next post being in six months time)!

Happy New Year!
Kinda late like the 'Happy New Year' text I received from college two days ago...)
Well I definitely haven't been posting a lot, but it's been less than a month, which for me is pretty good!
I'm back to college on Tuesday and I have a music video due in that I NEED to finish. However, after several days of editing I'm still no further than a minute in, give or take a bit. Plus I hate it, and the quality of most of the clips are terrible and can't be used. That's what happens when you transfer from Macs to PCs, because there was no way I was using a Mac to edit on again, I had no desire to punish myself like that.)
Of course my boyfriend being the great support that he is just laughed at me.
Another irritating thing is that no matter how many jobs I have applied to, none of them seem will to take anyone on, so a few days ago I had to make the heart breaking choice to no longer pursue editing as a career choice. I am gutted and have yet to tell my parents, friends, or college tutors (except for the select few). But just finding a 'regular' job is hard enough and I am panicking every day and night about being unemployed in a few months when I leave college and have been having several sleepless nights over it, which then puts me in a bad mood for the rest of the day, so the past few weeks have been spent in a very depressed state of mind.
All in all 2011 has not got of to a good start, (although the new years party was brilliant and it's easy to forget problems with friends and alcohol), and I was really holding out for a good year after the messes in 2010. Here's praying for a turn around and no more ranting blog posts, if you made it this far into the post I admire you.
